To center bullet points I use list-style-position

I wonder if there is bootstrap in php too. I still don't see much of a difference between coding in php compared to html besides the php specific syntaxes. Everything is essentially the same and most of the stuff are created similarly, there is css being used here too. Maybe it is because the platforms or systems each can run on?
